Ahdia Waezi has worked in the procurement law department of FPS since 2017. In addition, she has expertise in matters involving EU state aid. One focus of her legal practice is advising government agencies nationwide on the drafting of solicitation documents and representing bidders in all phases of the procurement process. Ahdia Waezi has extensive experience advising sectoral contracting entities and has already worked on procurement law issues for several infrastructure projects. She also has experience with procurement review board proceedings.

Mrs. Ahdia Waezi passed the first state examination at Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz. After some time in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she passed the second state examination and completed her federal clerkship at the Regional Court of Appeals in Frankfurt am Main, which included an assignment to the German Embassy in Madrid. In addition, she earned a master's degree in business law from the University of Leicester, England.
