Ms. Berger has been practicing IP law since 2008. Her practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, in particular trademarks, designs and unfair competition law. She has extensive experience in trademark portfolio management as well as the negotiation of license or co-existence agreements and represents clients in and outside the German and European Courts.

Ms. Berger studied at the University of Münster. She received her Master of Laws from the University of Auckland in 2008, focusing on intellectual property law under several different commercial angles.
