Christiane Boemke was admitted to the bar in 2005. Her main field of practice is trademark law wherein she advises national and international clients on the development of trademark strategies, represents clients in national, European and international trademark applications and secures their registered trademarks by contracts, office proceedings and litigation. In addition, she maintains and monitors trademark portfolios. Furthermore, Mrs. Boemke advises and represents companies regarding license agreements and general intellectual property law questions. Another field of expertise from Mrs. Boemke is unfair competition law in which she advises companies on advertisement campaigns and Internet presences and represents clients in infringement processes. In the context of IT law, Mrs. Boemke advises on contracts including their negotiations.

Mrs. Boemke received her law degree from the University of Freiburg im Breisgau, took her First State Exam in 2001 and her Second State Exam in 2003. She received her Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, in 2004, concentrating on Intellectual Property Law.
She took her bar exam for the State of New York in 2004 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2005​
