Dietrich has been practicing law since 1997 and advises national as well as international clients on all aspects of commercial real estate law. He primarily advises on the sale and purchase of real estate portfolios as well as individual properties. Furthermore, Dietrich has extensive experience advising on commercial and residential lease agreements and enforcing his clients’ rights in an out of the courts. He is a Certified Specialist for Tenancy and Residential Property Law (Fachanwalt für Miet- und Wohnungseigentumsrecht).
As a Certified Specialist for Employment Law (Fachanwalt Arbeitsrecht), he also provides advice on employment issues arising in connection with corporate transactions and in relation to company-owned flats.
Dietrich lectures students and trainees on real estate and tenancy law as part of the YP Open Lecture program and FPS’s Young Professionals scheme.
