​Dominik Rosemann has practiced law since 1999. He advises and represents national and internal clients in the field of copyrights, trademarks and competition law, both in civil and criminal liability matters. The focus of his work lies in the prosecution of product piracy mainly in the software and luxury goods (watches and jewelry) industry. Mr. Rosemann advises companies on product development, advertising strategies, internet presence as well as the formulation of press releases. Furthermore, he also has extensive experience providing legal advice in the field of IT as well as family and labor law.
