Anne Voigtländer has extensive experience advising on public law in relation to real estate transactions as well as complex large-scale construction projects, such as high-rise buildings, administration centers and shopping malls. She also advises clients on fire protection and health & safety law during the construction of all types of buildings and special structures.
She provides legal advice with regard to land development, planning procedures, all associated public law contracts as well as the sale of the developed plots of land. Anne Voigtländer therefore already has the economic interests of her clients in mind during the development phase.
