Dr. Wirmer-Donos has more than thirteen years of experience in the fields of tenancy and construction law, property development and real estate transactions.
She advises landowners, project developers, funds, industrial companies and financial investors as well as asset managers with respect to building and architectural contracts, lease contracts, sale and purchase contracts, estate agent contracts and large real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions.

Representative Clients, Cases and Matters (Extract):

  • advising Luxembourg special (health care) funds on the acquisition and lease-back of several nursing homes;
  • advised international investor regarding the acquisition of 58 commercial objects in 2007 (legal due diligence);
