Dr. Christoph Th. H. Lichtenberg was admitted as an attorney in 1998 and since 1999 has specialized in private construction law and the law of architects and engineers. He gained experience in several law firms specializing in these areas, in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, and Stuttgart. Dr. Lichtenberg has counseled clients on large construction projects, roadbuilding and engineering projects, as well as high-rise construction projects, working closely with construction companies, commercial builders, and project managers. Contract drafting and claims management are among his core competencies, and not only for large construction projects. Another focus of his legal practice is litigation, i.e., representing our clients in court. He advises and represents our clients in disputes involving fees or liability, as well as in cases brought by or against architects or engineers.

Dr. Lichtenberg is a regular contributor to the professional magazine Immobilien- und Baurecht (IBR) and a co-author of several professional books, including Handbuch Immobilienwirtschaftsrecht (topics „Bauen im Bestand und Revitalisierung“ and „Energieeffizientes Bauen“), Formularbuch des Fachanwalts Bau und Architektenrecht (topic "Sicherheiten") as well as AnwaltFormulare Bau- und Architektenrecht (topic "Vergütung").
