Dr. Myrna Meyer practices unfair competition law, trademark law, design law, copyright law, and pharmaceutical law. She represents both national and international clients, in particular companies from the luxury and consumer goods industry and the pharmaceutical industry, as well as advertising agencies and startup companies. Her work includes providing legal support and strategic advice, for example on marketing measures and design development, as well as developing trademark strategies and defending trademarks, and representing clients in legal disputes both in and out of court.
Dr. Myrna Meyer has been an attorney since 2014. After working for a boutique law firm specializing in media law, trademark law, and medical law, Dr. Meyer joined the intellectual property/IT law department of FPS in 2019.
