Dr. Dziallas has been a licensed solicitor since 2001 and a licensed specialized solicitor for administrative law since 2007. He has vast experience in counselling complex construction projects under public law, e.g. multi-storied buildings, administration centres and shopping centres as well as the development of construction sites, in particular with respect to the legal supervision of construction management planning procedures and the conclusion of all related public law contracts. In this regard, Dr. Dziallas's spectrum of activities includes the structuring of such processes as well as all coordination and negotiations with owners, investors, public authorities, neighbors and other parties involved.In addition, Dr. Dziallas has divers experience in advising extensive real estate transactions and provides valuable consultation in the public law field.

Dr. Dziallas is a lecturer in the attorney program at the Frankfurt Bar Association.

Furthermore, he is mentor at the institute for attorney-oriented legal education (Institut für anwaltsorientierte Juristenausbildung (IAJ)) at the Justus-Liebig-University Gießen.

Besides, Dr. Olaf Dziallas is also responsible for marketing at the Frankfurt office.
