Dr. Kreißl advises German and international clients in real estate law. He has many years of experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate and real estate portfolios, in real estate management, as well as in private construction and architects law. He also focuses on legal matters pertaining to the management of real estate (commercial leases, asset management, etc.), the realization of construction projects, the design and negotiation of the corresponding property-specific contracts, and the judicial enforcement of claims.
In addition, Dr. Kreißl has been admitted as a notary in Berlin since 2020 and runs a notary's office with a focus on real estate law and corporate law.
