Dr. Wolff-Rojczyk has practiced law since 1994 and became a partner in 1998. He is the co-head of the IT/IP practice group in Frankfurt. Dr. Wolff-Rojczyk has extensive experience in advising and representing IP right holders from various industries, specifically software, watches and jewelry, pharmaceuticals, automotive and sporting goods. His practice focuses on intellectual property and information technology, which embraces strategic plans for IP protection, IP enforcement and legislative advocacy (government affairs).
He also advises companies in all IT matters which comprises drafting, negotiation and awarding of contracts, legal advice in the course of IT projects and representation in IT compliance cases. Dr. Wolff Rojczyk´s expertise also lies in unfair competition law and embraces both litigation and advising companies in designing their online and offline promotional schemes.
