Dr. Peter Reszel has extensive experience in consulting national and international companies, specifically in banking, leasing and factoring law. In these fields, Dr. Reszel advises his clients not only in drafting leasing and factoring contracts but also in planning and the implementation of cooperation, securization and refinancing agreements. Dr. Reszel is also well known as a litigator who enforces his client’s rights in courts nationwide.
In antitrust law, Dr. Reszel represents his clients’ interests against the Federal Antitrust Authorisation (Bundeskartellamt) and the EU-Commission, for example, in proceedings against unauthorized price cartels.
