Legal practice

Dr. Nacke advises and represents in and out of court a number of German firms, specifically German affiliates of foreign enterprises. Frequently mandates are dealt with in cooperation with foreign advisors with whom mostly long lasting contacts exist. In the fields of real estate law, company law and M&A, the focus lies in transactions, preventative advising with regard to statutes and contracts of managing directors, advising during dissolution of companies, drafting and inspection of commercial rental contracts and others. In these respects, tax implications are also taken into account, often in cooperation with charted accountants and tax advisors. For many years Dr. Nacke has maintained contacts for FPS with Geneva Group International, a global alliance of attorneys, accountants, tax advisors and business consultants. Until the beginning of 2014, he served as World Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group of Geneva Group.

Dr. Nacke also represents FPS in the association "Zukunft durch Industrie/Allianz für Industrie & Nachhaltigkeit."

In the field of distribution law, Dr. Nacke typically drafts, examines and negotiates contracts with distributors – contracts about research and development or other cooperation agreements; he also deals with a variety of legal questions arising from the purchase and sale of goods.

Dr. Nacke has been an arbiter since 2000 and is active in numerous domestic and foreign arbitrational procedures as a single arbiter or as an arbiter in courts composed of several judges.

Education and career

Dr. Nacke studied at the University of Münster and wrote his dissertation in 1981 about the law of General Terms and Conditions in The Netherlands and in Germany and was a stipendiary of the Dutch Ministry of Sciences at the University of Groningen (NL). He is a bar-certified specialist solicitor in tax (Fachanwalt).
