Dr. Thomas Schröer has been known for many years as an advisor to various major construction and planning projects. He was admitted to the bar in 1992, has been qualified as a specialist in administrative law since 1998 and is partner at FPS since 1999.

Thomas Schröer advises major project developers, well-known building owners and numerous municipalities on complex construction projects, such as high-rise buildings, administrative centers and shopping centers, as well as on the development of building land. Dr. Schröer's range of activities includes the structuring of such processes as well as all coordination and negotiations with owners, investors, authorities, neighbors and other parties involved.

For many years, Dr. Schröer has also been known as the author of various publications on current topics of public building and planning law. He is a regular author of guest articles in the real estate section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and co-editor of the "Neue Zeitschrift für Verwaltungsrecht" (NVwZ). He also lectures at the Institute for Urban Development in Berlin. As a knowledgeable "expert," Dr. Schröer was featured in the 2020 television productions "Murks in Germany" and "Baustelle Bürokratie" on the 3Sat and zdf-info channels.
