Attorney-at-law and notary public Wiesner is managing partner of the firm. He provides both judicial and extrajudicial support mainly to project development and real estate fund companies concerning the implementation and execution of building projects, comprising the elaboration, negotiation and conclusion of building and architecture agreements as well as legal advice during the execution phase up to warranty management. Furthermore, he is focused on construction-related consultancy as well as on judicial assertion of and defense against claims related to building law. Moreover, Florian Wiesner advises on the conclusion and implementation of commercial tenancy agreements and supervises real estate transactions.
