Lisa-Cathrin Stüve has been working as an attorney at FPS since March 2019. She advises private and public clients on all administrative law aspects in connection with construction projects.
She specialises in public construction planning and building regulations, sectoral planning, neighbourhood and environmental law as well as monument protection. She also advises on development plan proceedings and the associated public law contracts.
She also provides public law advice on real estate transactions.
Lisa-Cathrin Stüve gives lectures on building and planning law, nature conservation law and protection of historic buildings, e.g. at the conference of the German National Committee for Monument Protection - Sharing Heritage (2019) as well as the Institute for Urban development Berlin (06/2020).
