Sarah Rost has been working as a lawyer since 2009. She advises and represents national and international companies in trademark, design, copyright and competition law, as well as in data protection law. Her main areas of practice include the application, registration, defense and enforcement of intellectual property rights of companies in a wide variety of industries, both in terms of goods and services.

Ms. Rost's clients include, among others, a worldwide well-known festival operator, a national, listed recruitment company, an IT service company specialized in product data management, advertising agencies, and a family-owned company among the market leaders in German-speaking countries with the product ranges hardware, glass and metal construction.

Sarah Rost has extensive experience in the respective consulting and supranational strategy development as well as in the conduct of official proceedings within Germany and at EU level. She also advises on questions of contract drafting and assesses trademark and competition law issues.
