Mr. Dingel joined FPS in 2018. Previously, he was Director Legal Services, Global Transactions at a leading international IT service provider. Mr. Dingel advises companies on the legal form and contractual set up, negotiation and execution of complex IT projects. In particular, these include infrastructure outsourcing, application and business process outsourcing, system integration, framework agreements, XaaS, cloud computing, agile development and joint ventures. His many years of in-house experience enable him to fit seamlessly into project teams and to make cooperation particularly effective.
Mr. Dingel has extensive experience in negotiating complex projects and conducts Harvard Concept-based negotiation training.
