Steffen Bertsch has worked as an attorney since 2005 and has specialized in real estate law since 2007. One focus of his practice is performing due diligence reviews, and negotiating and drafting contracts for real estate transactions (asset deals and share deals). In the area of commercial leasing Steffen Bertsch regularly advises companies on the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases and/or addenda to commercial leases. Another focus of his practice is the area of contract and asset management, in which he advises clients on the assessment, restructuring, and optimization of their construction and lease agreements.

Attorney Bertsch has worked for FPS in Frankfurt am Main since May 2017. He is a graduate of the law school of Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. After completing his federal law clerkship in Frankfurt am Main and passing the Second State Examination in 2005, Mr. Steffen Bertsch worked for several international business law firms as a real estate attorney at their offices in Frankfurt am Main before joining FPS.
