Mr. Stein has been working as a lawyer since 1999. He has extensive experience in advising and representing national and international clients in court in the fields of intellectual property law, distribution law, trademark and licensing law and IT law. He advises companies on the conduct and defence of injunction and action proceedings in the field of trademark and competition law, as well as with regard to distribution and copyright law, and on the design of advertising campaigns and websites, and on the formulation of press releases.

Mr. Stein focuses on advising his clients on global anti-counterfeit strategies, parallel imports, including national and EU-wide customs declarations and related (cross-border) litigation as well as custom seizure proceedings.
