Tristan Förster joined FPS as a lawyer in 2021. He primarily advises and represents companies in connection with restructurings and insolvencies. This includes advising companies and their executive bodies in economic crisis situations as well as creditors in the event of insolvency of their contractual partners. Another focus of his work is the defense and enforcement of insolvency avoidance claims in and out of court.

In addition, Mr. Förster specializes in the extrajudicial and judicial representation of companies before the state courts in all areas of commercial and corporate law.
