Ms. Victoria Johnson has been working at FPS since the beginning of 2018. She is doing a PhD on a topic relating to business law on a part-time basis and has successfully completed the theoretical part of her training to become a specialist in IT law. Her training focused on IT and IP law, and she also worked for a major German law firm in the intellectual property/IT department.

She advises clients on IT law with a focus on contract design, particularly IT-specific contracts, and data protection law. Her focus in terms of data protection law is on obligations with regard to data protection, the international transfer of data, social media and advertising. An additional priority is defending intellectual property in the digital environment.
