Whether you are still in law school and want to take a first look at the practical side of law, or you have already passed your first state law examination, a position as a research assistant at FPS may be for you. A research assistantship may also offer you an opportunity to gain additional legal qualifications while writing your dissertation or waiting for a position as a law clerk.
As a research assistant you will work on complex legal issues, conduct extensive research, and cooperate in major research projects, such as essays, publications or presentations, and draft memoranda and opinions.
