Employee Leasing

​Many companies use the option of making available their staff to other companies or to employ staff of other companies, in order to compensate for ups and downs in their workflow or to accommodate fluctuating demand for special skills. FPS advises both lessors and lessees of temporary employees on all matters of employee leasing. Our expertise extends from regulatory approval proceedings to compliance with permit requirements, and from the differentiation of contracts for the performance of work from service contracts to the equal pay principle, according to which the lessor is obligated to pay the same compensation to both temporary employees and permanent employees in the lessee employer's company.
