As in all areas of business, the topic of compliance is also gaining in importance in the employment context. Compliance refers to compliance with rules of conduct, laws and policies by employers. Together with our clients, we address the rules and standards of the German Corporate Governance Code, explaining options of integrating those rules and standards into the client's business practice. We develop ethical standards and codes of conduct, and provide training for effectively instructing staff in compliance with company policies.
