

While we always strive to prevent disputes, disputes are often unavoidable in the employment law contexts. FPS represents clients before all German courts and the European Court of Justice. In particular, we represent companies in proceedings involving the lawfulness of labor dispute actions such as strikes. Aside from collective bargaining matters, we also represent clients in wrongful termination actions brought by individual employees, as well as in disputes involving compensation issues, the German Act on Employee Inventions, covenants not to compete, or discrimination. In addition, we represent our clients in hearings of the works council or approval proceedings before the Office for Integration of Severely Handicapped Employees. Our mediators also are very experienced in out-of-court dispute resolution to avoid litigation.
