​In a unifying Europe and a global economy employment law issues increasingly are taking on cross-border dimensions. No longer are employees of German companies assigned to work only in Germany. FPS therefore advises international companies on all issues of employment, social security and tax law, as well as on international aspects of human resources strategies, in particular termination, social security, and taxation of international income in accordance with the 183-days rule.
