We negotiate agreements balancing the interests of employer and employees, as well as social plans, and advise clients on the establishment of employment transfer companies with appropriate transfer social plans.
In addition to advising clients on the legal requirements of all restructuring measures, we also support them in implementing restructuring measures and counsel them on all associated issues, e.g. mass layoff notices, short-term work, relocations and terminations based on operational changes. Finally, we also represent clients in any wrongful termination actions.
