Pharmaceutical Advertising

​For many years FPS has advised midsized and large pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers of medical products on advertising materials, such as print ads, websites, brochures, or product inserts, including related issues, such as whether advertising materials, e.g., scientific claims, are lawful or misleading under the German Pharmaceutical Advertising Act or German Unfair Competition Act. In disputes with competitors or professional associations FPS represents manufacturers both in and out of court.
