Trademarks

Trademark law is another cornerstone of our legal practice. We specialize in protecting trademarks from unlawful use by third parties. Pursuing the right Registration strategy from the outset maximizes protection for a company's own trademarks and minimizes the risk of infringing third-party trademarks. FPS trademark lawyers work closely with their clients to determine trademark strategies and also monitor and manage registered trademarks and domain names. Whenever trademark rights are infringed, the firm will litigate the case in the appropriate court both in Germany and abroad.
