While IT security was for a long time considered a "technical" topic solely for a company’s IT department, its legal relevance is gaining momentum - not least due to various changes in the law and increased media interest. In addition to buzzwords such as "trade secret", "data protection" or "record fines", the [personal] liability exposure of [senior] managers [increasingly] needs to be considered. To comprehensively protect your organization and its management, you should always carry out a legal assessment of the risks in addition to a technical assessment [of the subject matter]. We advise you both in developing and reviewing or adjusting your IT security concept and support you in processing and asserting legal claims in the event of damage.
