When disputes arise, we represent clients in the area of alternative dispute resolution, and in national and international arbitration and mediation proceedings. As a last resort, we may also resort to criminal remedies – to collect outstanding debts (in Germany or abroad) or to defend third-party claims brought against clients from or in other countries. We represent our clients before all German courts, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.
A large part of our litigation practice involves real estate and construction law, as well as corporate law and intellectual property law. In addition, we represent clients before administrative courts and the Federal Constitutional Court. The firm offers extensive experience in liability, transportation insurance, as well as employment law.
As an independent German law firm, we are able to represent international clients without any conflicts of interest, and, vice versa, are able to work together with local counsel on cases in other countries without any conflicts of interest.
