Infrastructure law requires special expertise and cross-departmental cooperation. We advise both public entities and private investors on all property, regulatory and operational issues arising in connection with infrastructure projects, including the acquisition of properties for infrastructure facilities as well as the planning, construction, financing and operation of such facilities. We litigate administrative proceedings and, if necessary, court proceedings to receive permits or approvals for infrastructure plans, and we provide legal support for project agreements (PPP, PFI, FIDIC, or "classic" VOB contracts) both at the national and international level.
