FPS strengthens its contruction law team in Munich

The commercial law firm FPS is expanding its Construction and Architectural Law practice in Munich. Effective 1 July 2026, Sebastian Schneiker will join the firm's Munich office as a partner. A highly experienced specialist lawyer with a focus on complex construction projects, he joins FPS from Zirngibl.

He provides clients with comprehensive advice on all aspects of private construction and architectural law. Understanding the needs of both clients and companies, he supports them throughout the entire process, from project planning and drafting contracts to construction, handover and the management of supplementary agreements and litigation.
He focusses on infrastructure and specialised construction projects, including energy and grid expansion projects, transport and logistics infrastructure, and public facilities. He also has extensive experience in the construction and refurbishment of office, residential, retail and hospitality properties, as well as healthcare facilities. As an experienced litigator, he represents his clients’ interests in court.

‘With Sebastian Schneiker, we are enhancing our largest practice group with a proven specialist in construction and architectural law.’ The ongoing need for investment in infrastructure, energy supply and public construction projects is leading to rising demand for specialist construction law advice. Expanding our Munich team is therefore a key part of our growth strategy in southern Germany,’ says Florian Wiesner, a managing partner at FPS.

‘Sebastian Schneiker is the ideal addition to our construction law practice in Munich,’ says Ralf Euling, a Munich-based partner. ‘Our clients will benefit directly from his many years of practical experience, particularly on large-scale projects.’

‘I am very much looking forward to my new role at FPS,’ says Sebastian Schneiker. ‘I am particularly excited about further developing our advisory services in the growth sectors of infrastructure, energy and hospitality, and working with colleagues across our offices to provide targeted support to clients throughout the entire project cycle.’

With the arrival of Sebastian Schneiker, FPS is strengthening its Munich office and intensifying cross-office collaboration on complex construction, infrastructure and property projects.
