Caroline Ullrich advises on all areas of real estate law, in particular on acquisitions and sales of real estate portfolios and individual properties. In addition, she has extensive experience in advising on commercial and residential tenancy agreements and in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of the respective rights. She gives lectures on property and tenancy law to students and trainee lawyers as part of the FPS Young Professionals Programme.
