Steffen Bertsch has specialised in real estate law since 2007 and primarily advises large corporates, retail companies, asset managers, insurance companies and family businesses. His main areas of practice include, in particular, real estate transactions with due diligence checks, and contract drafting and negotiation (asset deals and share deals). In the field of commercial tenancy law, he regularly drafts and negotiates commercial lease agreements and addenda, and he also advises his clients on the evaluation, reorganisation and optimisation of their construction and lease contracts in the area of asset and contract management for real estate portfolios and shopping centres.
