FPS elects new leadership and remains committed to dynamic growth, innovation and diversity
The partners’ meeting of the commercial law firm FPS has elected a new leadership team. Alongside managing partners Stephan Jüngst, Florian Wiesner and Georges Brox, who were re-elected to the management board, Stefanie Kalke will now become the firm’s first female executive to help steer its future.
‘FPS remains on a growth trajectory and is building on the firm’s successful development and positioning in recent years. With innovative ideas, we will remain a trusted and reliable partner for our clients. At the same time, as we continue on our current course, we are sharpening our international focus and striving to remain one of Germany’s leading law firms while continuing to inspire our clients and partners. We are very much looking forward to working with Stefanie Kalke in her new role; as a valued colleague, she will now bring her many years of experience and fresh ideas to the management team,’ said Florian Wiesner, Managing Partner of FPS in Frankfurt.
FPS is presenting itself as a younger, more agile and more diverse firm, and is consistently continuing to develop the firm as a brand and a platform for excellent advice and expert knowledge. With its new office in Munich, FPS will in future also offer companies and clients in southern Germany the full range of the firm’s advisory services directly on the ground. In doing so, the firm remains true to its values and a corporate culture characterised by a visible and genuine appreciation of clients, partners and staff.
The management team would like to thank the outgoing members Tobias Törnig (Düsseldorf) and Johannes R. Jeep (Berlin) for their commitment over the past few years. As managing partners, they have realised numerous projects, initiatives and innovations with great dedication and have contributed significantly to the achievement of the firm’s objectives.
