Dr Bettina Wirmer-Donos has extensive and long-standing experience in advising and judicial representation of her clients in the field of real estate law. She advises companies on the acquisition, sale and structuring of real estate portfolios. In addition, her work covers all aspects of legal real estate asset management. She primarily advises on commercial tenancy law, private construction and architectural law, the drafting of lease agreements, and construction and planning contracts, as well as asset management contracts and contract negotiations. In addition, Dr Wirmer-Donos also provides forensic representation. She regularly gives lectures on real estate law and has published numerous specialist articles in this field.
