Whether inbound or outbound – we offer excellent support in both directions and advise you in the areas of German and European law. FPS maintains close relationships with leading law firms worldwide and has many years of experience working with foreign consultants. FPS is also an independent member of the GGI Global Alliance.
FPS has been supporting a wide range of cross-border transactions between Germany and Israel for almost two decades. Through the extensive consultation we have provided to Israeli entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and companies making use of business opportunities in Germany, as well as trusting, long-term cooperation with Israeli law firms, we have a strong network of business contacts in both countries from which our clients can benefit.
FPS is a long-established law firm with roots tracing back to the mid-19th century. From its inception, our dedication has consistently centered around commercial law, providing steadfast support to both domestic and international clients in a collaborative spirit—an ethos that endures to this day.
In 1846, the son of a French citizen was awarded a doctorate in law ‘summa cum laude’ in Heidelberg. In his hometown of Hamburg, he founded a law practice and thus laid the foundation for FPS.
