The lawyer and notary Florian Wiesner is managing partner of the firm. He mainly advises project development and real estate fund companies on the implementation and completion of construction projects. This includes the drafting, negotiation and conclusion of construction and architect contracts as well as advice during construction, through to warranty management. His clients rely on him for consultation during construction as well as asserting and defending claims under construction law in court. Wiesner also advises on the conclusion and execution of commercial leases and assists with real estate transactions. He is a lecturer at IREBS Real Estate Academy.
