Jochen Heilig has been admitted to the bar since 2004 and has been a specialist lawyer in construction and architectural law since 2010. He has many years’ experience in providing legal advice throughout the construction process, as well as in representing clients in litigation relating to construction, architectural and engineering law. He advises clients on the development and implementation of complex construction and property projects. His practice focuses on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as the development and implementation of strategies to prevent and resolve project-related conflicts. A particular focus is on defects and claims management. In this regard, he supports clients with structured analysis, as well as the enforcement and defence against claims. In court proceedings, he represents clients’ interests with extensive litigation experience and develops targeted strategies for the efficient enforcement of legal rights.
