Jörg Lamers has been a lawyer since 1989 and was appointed as a notary in 2008. He has extensive experience in advising and representing national and international clients in the field of real estate law and legal real estate asset management. He advises companies on the acquisition, sale and structuring of real estate and real estate portfolios. Among other things, this includes ongoing legal support and optimisation of all legal aspects of existing portfolios. As part of his notarial work, Lamers supervises real estate transactions from project preparation through to completion, as well as property development projects from land acquisition and project structuring, including neighbour law provisions and land reallocation, to apartment owners’ association division and sales.
