Stephan Jüngst – admitted to practise law in Germany in 1996 and a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law – has been a managing partner of the firm and head of the Germany-wide real estate and construction law practice group since 2020. He has extensive and long-standing experience in providing legal advice / project development during highly complex large-scale construction projects, in particular high-rise buildings and data centres, as well as football stadiums. One of his focus areas in this regard is contract drafting and negotiation, as well as claim management taking into account the various points of interaction with other areas of law, such as tenancy law and public law, as well as tax and corporate law. In this context, he also develops strategies for the avoidance of litigation, as well as for the legal enforcement and defence of claims. He also drafts architectural and engineering contracts for project development.
