His focus includes drafting and negotiating asset management contracts (including residential and commercial leases, property, facility and asset management agreements) as well as their forensic enforcement. Another important part of his work is advising on tenancy law for project developments - from single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings to shopping centres. Dirk Mackeprang has gained extensive experience in the letting and leasing of special properties, in particular hotels. His clients include project developers, insurance companies, funds and other institutional investors, as well as German and foreign banks.
