Dr Hendrik Bott primarily advises on briefs relating to real estate project development: from the acquisition of land to the establishment of building rights and the conclusion of neighbourhood agreements, the awarding of construction, architect and project management contracts, claim management during the construction phase and contractual coordination with property tenants. Another focus area of his is advising on fund assets and family offices with regard to commercial rent agreements and other real estate law aspects of property use. The fundamental aim of the joint approach is the negotiation and conclusion of clear and beneficial contract structures to avoid settlement differences; where necessary, however, Dr Bott also implements enforcement and defence of claims in (arbitration) courts.
