Dr Hendrik Sandmann has been working in the real estate industry since 1999. From 1999 to 2002, he was a policy advisor to the planning and economic department of the City of Frankfurt am Main, where he accompanied various real estate project developments and was responsible for investor support in Frankfurt am Main. Dr Sandmann has been advising investors since joining FPS in 2002, in particular on real estate transactions and project developments. In this context, his clients particularly benefit from Dr Sandmann’s extensive multidisciplinary experience in tenancy and real estate law, as well as in matters relating to building planning and building regulations.
