Ralf Euling has been working exclusively in private construction law / architectural law, commercial tenancy law, property law and public procurement law since 1994. He mainly advises private clients and  public sector entities operating under private law, including architects, engineers, project developers and investors across various aspects of private construction law, commercial tenancy law and public procurement law. Eulingspecialises in drafting and negotiating contracts with general contractors, individual trades, and architects, as well as providing legal guidance during construction and claim management. In addition to offering extrajudicial  advice, he is actively involved nationwide in forensic matters. Within commercial tenancy law, his expertise lies  in negotiating  and drafting intricate  tenancy agreements. With extensive experience  in property transactions,  including sale and lease back arrangements, and due diligence reviews, he also provides advice on organising and implementing national and Europe-wide public procurement procedures. 

Furthermore, he serves as a  lecturer at the ADI Academy of Real Estate Management in Munich, and as a lecturer at the HBC University of Applied Sciences in  Biberach.
