FPS advises Kreissparkasse Köln and Sparkasse Hannover on syndicated financing of the Hagedorn Group with €93 million
The commercial law firm FPS successfully advised Kreissparkasse Köln and Sparkasse Hannover as mandated lead arrangers for the Hagedorn Group in a financing round worth €93 million.
