FPS advises MOMENI Group on the UNIQ TOWERS construction project in Düsseldorf

Start of construction: FPS Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG is also advising the MOMENI Group on the building construction of the landmark UNIQ TOWERS project in Düsseldorf's Media Harbour.

The commercial law firm FPS is advising the MOMENI Group on a spectacular construction project in Düsseldorf's Media Harbour. Following the conclusion of the general contractor agreement with ARGE LUPP & MEDICKE, construction of the UNIQ TOWERS at Kaistraße 1 in Düsseldorf is now beginning. The completion of the up to 18-storey office and commercial high-rise building with around 30,600 m² (GFA) of office, retail and restaurant space as well as its own 3-storey underground car park is expected to take place at the end of 2026.

The MOMENI Group was or will be involved in the conclusion of the general contractor agreement and the legal construction support for the UNIQ TOWERS – as well as in parallel project developments throughout Germany, including FÜRSTENHOF, JÄGERSTRASSE, LYGHT, MAGAZINHÖFE, ONE PLAZA SACHS and TRINKAUS KARREE. Dr Bott says: ‘We are delighted to be able to support the MOMENI Group in continuing to shape and develop the cityscape of Düsseldorf in a sustainable manner with the UNIQ TOWERS. We are proud to be able to provide legal advice to the MOMENI Group on the current realisation of projects with more than 200,000 m² (GFA) throughout Germany.’
